review three backpack tips for your kids. Because back pain, due to
poor backpack wearing habits, is the last thing your child needs. Here are three backpack
tips for your kids. Number one. Place the heaviest objects, at the back of the backpack. Number two. Make sure the items in
your kid’s backpack, fit as snuggly as possible. Number three. Adjust the shoulder straps so they fit snuggly over
your child’s shoulders, so the backpack doesn’t
drag your child backwards. Remember, regular spinal checkups can go a long way in reducing
the wear and tear effects of everyday life. Consider a complete
