As far as how much clothing you should bring
really depends on how long your trek is going to be. You’re going to have to get used to
wearing dirty clothes basically cause you can’t always find a place, right time to wash
them and then let them dry. So, for a weeklong trip, I would say take maybe three shirts,
if you’re expecting it’s be really cold, bring two long sleeves ones and a short sleeve one.
If it’s going to be hot, bring two short sleeve ones and a long sleeve one. But, rarely you
going to ever not need a short sleeve shirt and that’s really in the dead of winter and
in some place really cold. And you should never be without a long sleeve shirt because,
you get, especially in the mountains, the weather can change extremely extremely quickly
and all of a sudden you could be in the middle of blizzard that you weren’t expecting. So,
always be prepared for the top. You want to be sure to bring a long sleeve shirt at least
one, even if you’re hiking in the middle of summer, just in case. It also gets really
cold at night, so, make sure to be prepared.
